Discovering Me© is a pioneering, energy-based practice designed to help children, teenagers, and young adults navigate the emotional complexities of modern life. Through creative, dynamic, and practical exercises, this course gives young people the tools to understand their unique energy, build emotional resilience, and feel truly in control of their lives.
How It Helps Children, Teens, & Young Adults
Today's youth face unprecedented challenges—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Traditional methods don't always look at the whole picture. Discovering Me© bridges that gap by offering energetic and creative guidelines that address emotional hurdles keeping young people from living a natural, fulfilled life.
Through custom, practical exercises, participants learn how to:
Master Their Energy: Understand how internal and external energy affects emotions and focus.
Develop Everyday Coping Tools: Gain actionable strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and social pressures.
Cultivate Self-Healing: Learn to restore inner balance and alignment independently.
Two Ways to Experience the Program:
Integrated with ICU Training: Discovering Me© is now fully included as a core, complementary feature of the ICU Program for children aged 6–12, offering a beautifully rounded approach to whole-brain and energetic development.
As a Standalone Practice: Available as a specialized, independent program tailored for children, teenagers, and young adults of any age.
Who, How, Where & When:
The Discovering Me© program is available for children, teenagers, and young adults of any age.
Students attend several sessions, depending on the speed they need to go and how they are progressing.
Pricing is based on a sliding scale, from $30-$50 per session.
Students can be taught one-on-one or in a small group.
Both in-person and online options are available; this program can be taught via Zoom.
For in-person sessions, Veronica is currently serving students in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
