Welcome to the ICU Academy: Whole-Brain Development for the Next Generation

The ICU Program is a pioneering youth development initiative designed to run alongside mainstream education. Founded by Nicola Farmer, this transformative technique bridges the gap between science and spirituality, helping children align their educational, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs so they can step confidently into their full potential.

By harmonizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain, the ICU Program teaches children to seamlessly integrate logic (the human mind) with creativity (outer consciousness). The result? A more balanced, resilient, and deeply self-aware child who is ready to lead with peace, harmony, and confidence.

How the Program Works

The ICU Program is a powerful, fun, and life-changing journey divided into structured, engaging phases:

  • The Foundational Course: 12 one-hour, individual development sessions with a qualified ICU Academy Teacher.

  • Optional Post-Training Integration: Group sessions where children can practice their new skills, socialize, and continue growing alongside their peers.

Learning Through Play: The "Mindfold" Experience

During their one-on-one sessions, children engage in stimulating, fun activities—like reading, playing games, and creating art—while wearing a specialized light-blocking blindfold (a Mindfold).

By temporarily stepping away from physical sight, children are trained to access their heightened sensory awareness, deep focus, and natural intuition. Every breakthrough is met with positive reinforcement to massively boost their self-esteem and social confidence.

Tools We Use to Spark Curiosity

Our sessions are dynamic and completely tailored to hold a child's interest. We utilize a wide variety of fun and stimulating learning tools, including:

  • Media: Colorful Books and Magazines

  • Games & Puzzles: Cards, board games, and building bricks/blocks.

  • Creative Arts: Molding clay, jewelry making, and art materials.

  • Modern Tech (once appropriate): iPads, and computers.

Who, How, Where & When

  • The ICU program is available for children between the ages of 6-12, who can read and name colors and shapes, depending on their abilities and levels of maturity.

  • Children attend 12 sessions every 3rd day, weekly, or every 2 weeks (depending on your family’s availability).

  • Pricing is sliding, from $40-$60 per session.

  • Children are taught one-on-one, and in person, and may only be taught in pairs and groups when their level of competency is established. This is not an online program.

  • Veronica is currently serving students in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
